Just completed my second PRP session on last weekend.
Not gonna lie it was slightly painful especially on the back of scalp during the 5 minutes injection time, despite the application of anesthetic cream.
Some of the implanted hairs are getting really long particularly those on the front hair line while some are still babies. I was really surprised to see how well the hair had grown in 1 month since the first PRP session (see photo on below).
Photo taken on day 30 (1 month) after procedure.
The look on front and sides now.
Donor area.
Though it's impossible to measure how much PRP treatment affects the hair growth, I can say for sure it helps, from my previous experience with other similar hair treatment which costed more but was less effective.
Let me know if you have any inquiry and do check in for more updates. Til then, cheers~

Hi, nice progress, I am considering getting PRP, but so far, when I google, the result isn't that promising. How's your PRP sessions? Did the doctor mention how long for PRP to take effect?
ReplyDeleteHi, doctor did mentioned it takes around 4 months in overall to see significant effect. Like I said the one month progress is pretty impressive to me compared to my previous experience with other kind of treatment. Plus it's your own blood that will be utilized so I guess the result kind of vary by person as well. Hope this helps ;)
