Yeah Full-Head-Wash-Day!
Finally I don't have to spray saline solution every 30 mins like how I did in the past two days which can get pretty annoying sometime ~.~
At clinic, I was taught to wash my head with baby shampoo, starting from the back to the front, gentle but firm so that scabs will be removed. Antibiotic cream was applied after wash to prevent infection as the donor area is not fully healed yet.
According to clinic specialist, usually only around 10% of scabs fell off after first full head wash. All the scabs should be gone by Day 7 after head wash.
The back of scalp looks cleaner now. I can say most of the wounds are closed, no more bleeding but ache a bit if you try to touch it.
I will update you guys again on tomorrow. Stay tuned!
Feel free to comment on the meantime.
